Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and development of healthcare technology solutions. This role translates client, market, regulatory, and business needs into scalable products that improve provider operations, data quality, program integrity, and the overall user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with technical knowledge of data platforms, integrations, APIs, portals, and UI/UX.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in product management, ownership, or related healthcare tech.
Experience developing greenfield products and roadmaps with backlogs and cross-functional delivery.
Knowledge of healthcare or Medicaid provider operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Translate client and business needs into scalable product requirements and roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional delivery and mentor team members in business solution architecture.
Develop architectural roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate processes and drive improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
Collaborate with senior leaders and technical teams to guide product strategy.
