Motorola Solutions is seeking a senior Product Owner in the United States to translate business needs into actionable IT roadmaps and guide Oracle ERP deployments from on‑prem to Fusion cloud. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IT experience, plus 5+ years of Product Owner work and Oracle ERP expertise, with remote work and occasional Chicago hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience with a technical background of systems & platforms.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between IT and business stakeholders across Global Services and the Systems Integration teams to identify IT solutions for business functions.
• Transform requirements into project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, and maintain compliance with PM processes.
• Maintain the product backlog and drive prioritization with business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT product owners to ensure standardization and adoption of solutions and support real-time operational systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to resolve complex development and technical issues and ensure delivery within time and budget.
