United Data Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to maximize product value by managing and prioritizing the backlog and aligning features with business goals.

You will bridge business stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into actionable requirements and driving sprint execution. You will collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap, refine backlog items for sprint readiness, and ensure timely releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum; backlog management experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, or market-facing COTS products a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• 1-3 years as Product Owner or BA.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on manual QA testing and validating requirements.
• Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Align product vision with leadership and define goals.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity.
• Own and maintain the product backlog and prioritize by business value.
• Refine backlog items for sprint planning.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Balance priorities across departments and align with goals.
• Plan sprints with the Scrum Master and development team.
• Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Use Jira to track epics, stories, bugs, and progress.
• Communicate release timelines and key changes to stakeholders.
• Represent customer voice by gathering feedback and KPIs.
• Advocate for excellent UX with design and engineering.
• Identify risks and mitigate blockers.
• Coordinate with QA for releases.
• Drive process improvements and stay aware of industry trends.
