Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Product Owner for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity headquartered out of Louisville, KY. This role can sit remote. The Product Owner will serve as the primary point of contact for system configurations related to agent contracting, commissions, and call center support. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, managing the product backlog, overseeing implementation and testing of system configurations, and ensuring they meet business needs and comply with regulations. The role also involves providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate will stay updated with industry trends, work closely with IT and development teams to optimize system performance and integration, and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in agile product development and working with product management software
• Strong understanding of systems related to Agent Contracting, Commissions, and Call Center support; experience in the Medicare domain
• Experience with system configurations in the insurance brokerage industry
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to Medicare and insurance brokerage
• Certification in business analysis or a related field (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with Agile tools
