As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our product management practices, fostering innovation, and delivering customer-focused products. The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy. You will also develop a deep understanding of our users and analyze engagement data. Additionally, tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as they relate to our product is essential.

What You'll Do Here

  1. Collaborate with product and portfolio management leadership to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives.
  2. Work with the research and design team to conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends for product innovation and differentiation.
  3. Use customer-centric methodologies like user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify problems and validate solutions.
  4. Conduct rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative feedback with design and engineering teams to refine products and ensure market fit.
  5. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  6. Prioritize features and define release plans in collaboration with engineering, considering customer value, feasibility, and outcomes.
  7. Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  8. Work closely with engineering to define user stories, prioritize backlog, and ensure quality releases.
  9. Coordinate with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement.
  10. Support product launches, drive adoption, and monitor market entry success.
  11. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for ongoing improvements.
  12. Conduct post-release evaluations and A/B testing to inform future enhancements.

Skills You'll Need Here

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst, or researcher.
  • Ability to learn multiple business functions like engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Problem-solving skills with an ability to assess risks and communicate solutions using data and structured narratives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and leadership.

Compensation

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The salary range for this role is $77,100.00 - $100,000.00 USD, with variations based on experience, location, and qualifications. Sales roles may include additional incentive compensation. For more details, see our Total Rewards Philosophy.
