Job summary

Richardson Sales Performance seeks a Product Operations Associate Manager to act as the operational backbone for our digital avatar-led video production, translation workflows, and ongoing content maintenance.

This fully remote role sits in the Learning Content & Experiences team, reporting to the Senior Product Manager, and executes against defined directions while ensuring smooth intake, workflows, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations, production coordination, or product operations.
• Proficient with Asana and workflow management.
• Familiarity with Claude/Claude Projects for translation and customization workflows.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or facilitators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end avatar-led video production, from asset creation to platform publishing.
• Manage translation intake, workflow, feedback, and facilitator review processes.
• Oversee AI Roleplay intake and alignment with customization workstreams.
• Support digital content maintenance, course builds, delivery timing, and stakeholder prioritisation.
• Route content updates across portfolios and perform minor updates directly when efficient.
• Collaborate with Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to plan workflows.
