Job summary

Productive Playhouse is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to own daily product loops across Central and pZero. You will translate user evidence and stakeholder input into requirements and rollout plans, partnering closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on product or UX design experience, strong written communication, and can work effectively across distributed teams. A remote, full-time position with competitive USD compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product owner/manager, preferably in AI workforce products.
• Hands-on product or UX design with journey mapping and prototyping.
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into clear product problems and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own daily product loops for Central and pZero from evidence to rollout.
• Create product BRDs with scope, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Lead design for core workflows including IA, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Partner with engineering to clarify requirements and maintain delivery momentum.
