Job summary

Care Lumen is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the product organization. You will maintain processes and tooling, coordinate planning, track delivery, manage changes, and generate insights to enable decisions.

You will collaborate with product management, engineering, customer success, training, and customers to translate requests into actionable roadmap items and ensure alignment with PDLC objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational experience with software products or services.
• Fluency with product management tools, especially JIRA.
• Agile/Scrum experience in a software environment.
• Strong analytical skills with BI/visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain team allocations and product org structures.
• Coordinate product delivery timelines and milestones across the PDLC.
• Document and operationalize enhancement requests with stakeholders.
• Reinforce product development best practices and team workflows.
• Plan rollout of new processes, tools, and workflow changes across teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve team effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, and Sales initiatives.
• Oversee PDLC processes from intake through post-launch evaluation.
