Talentoma in Texas is seeking an entry-level Product Operations Analyst to turn product activity into actionable operational insights. This fully remote, desk-based role supports a 40-hour work week and collaborates with product managers, support teams, and operations partners.

You will review requests, define metrics, verify date ranges and filters in Mixpanel and Tableau, document sources and assumptions, and deliver clear summaries for stakeholders while maintaining notes and following up on

Qualifications

• Familiarity with product metrics concepts such as active users and retention.
• Ability to compare reporting periods and spot simple calculation errors.
• Willingness to learn dashboards and reporting workflows without assuming causation.
• Excellent written communication to document findings concisely.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote role based in Texas with desk-based reporting duties.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming product ops requests to define needed metrics and audience.
• Clarify scope with product managers when unclear.
• Check date ranges, filters, and missing values in reports.
• Use Mixpanel to review usage measures and identify patterns.
• Use Tableau to review dashboards and prepare summaries.
• Document source, period, filters, and assumptions for each request.
• Compare support themes with usage trends and flag inconsistencies.
• Follow up with owners, update status, and hand findings to managers.
• Maintain analysis notes and incorporate reviewer feedback.
