SPS Commerce is seeking a Group Product Manager for Logistics to own the product strategy and roadmap for its 3PL and Transportation products. This high-visibility role collaborates with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure product success.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in logistics or supply chain. The position offers a fully remote option or a hybrid model with in-office presence in Minneapolis.

The salary range is $140,000 to $190,000 USD annually, with eligibility for a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years managing other PMs.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations software is ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products in B2B SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate product vision and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a team of three.
• Own product outcomes including adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and customer success.
