• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5–10 years in product marketing or sales enablement, with agency/broker exposure.
• Ability to translate program details into producer-ready language.

Responsabilités

• Develop positioning briefs, guides, and battlecards for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with underwriting and program stakeholders to track features and appetite shifts.
• Train agency producers on new launches and coverage changes.
• Report quote-to-bind performance and analyze wins/losses by sub-program.
