Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Direct experience building regulated, production systems.
• Strong prioritization and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Experience modernizing or replacing large legacy systems.
• Experience coaching product managers.

• Set platform vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Improve platform adoption, reliability, and delivery speed.
