Responsibilities

• Manages, insurance products including performance, marketability, and strategic positioning; handles vendor/partner relationships and contracts.
• Ensures products meet growth, NOI, market need, efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial targets; monitors KPIs.
• Leads cross-functional teams; interfaces with project manager, product team, operations, sales, and stakeholders; acts as internal product expert.
• Evaluates new product opportunities, expansions, market entry, and partnerships to meet growth objectives; introduces products to market.
• Monitors competitors and industry trends; uses research and intelligence to inform product positioning; educates internal teams.
