Job summary

ebbo is seeking a Coordin ator, Product Marketing to support growth initiatives for loyalty programs. You will work with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, optimize enrollment touchpoints, and monitor performance with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• Basic understanding of A/B and multivariate testing principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to interpret basic performance data and support data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Marketing Managers in executing growth marketing initiatives for loyalty clients.
• Assist with acquisition testing strategy, roadmaps, and campaign execution to improve conversion rates.
• Help maintain and optimize enrollment touchpoints by identifying issues and coordinating updates.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing, including setup, QA, launch validation, tracking, and documentation.
• Validate campaign setups, targeting, tracking, and test experiences for accurate customer experiences.
• Assist with analyzing test results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key performance metrics and compile regular reporting, flagging notable trends or opportunities.
• Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, tests, results, and processes.
