Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate for Banking & Lending to bring go-to-market plans to life across a growing set of financial products. You’ll own execution: turning plans into shipped tests, campaigns, and lifecycle messaging, and reporting back what the data says.

This role is well-suited for someone who loves building and launching, is energized by data, and wants to learn how product marketing strategy is made by working alongside it.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel data, behavioral data, and survey results; able to use AI to evaluate them.
• Highly organized and execution-minded, with a track record of delivering across multiple stakeholders on time.
• Clear, concise written communicator in English, able to translate complex results into a sharp readout.
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter; bonus if already using them regularly.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Optimization: design experiments to improve product journeys and run tests across in-app and campaigns.
• Research & Insights: run user research end to end, analyze data, and write insights; leverage AI to speed analysis.
• Go-to-Market Execution: convert plans into timelines, coordinate with marketing to implement email, push, and in-app campaigns, ensure compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation: work with product, design, compliance, and data teams; share updates; document findings.
