Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern to join a fast-paced, growth-focused team. You will support key marketing campaigns, manage email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, and help craft content for persona targeting, segmentation, and analytics across channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate campaigns, with a focus on data-driven insights and AI-assisted productivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Basic project management skills expected.
• Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience with email, push, in-app, MSS, eCommerce or digital marketing preferred.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day asset production flow including asset & CRM builds, QA, approvals, deployment, stakeholder comms, and analytics reporting.
• Support campaign performance reporting and optimization.
• Maintain marketing communications within Braze and other channels.
• Assist with content marketing, automation, and analytics across channels.
• Collaborate with sales and client teams on in-app promotions and reporting.
• Generate data pulls and provide insights from varying campaigns.
