Zusammenfassung

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to collaborate with developers, project managers and clients. You’ll translate functional requirements into software solutions that drive high customer satisfaction and adoption.

You will define requirements with stakeholders, stay current on Sage Intacct modules, and lead cross-functional delivery across Professional Services, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or SaaS solutions; business analyst background with accounting/finance
• Experience communicating with customers, end users, and technical staff on system issues and deployments desired
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems and interpret customer requirements into deliverables
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating business requirements into technical solutions and speaking the language of tech
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) is advantageous for data mapping and migration

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions that drive high customer satisfaction and adoption
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders; define, design, and communicate solutions to development; test and support transition to services
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules; stay updated with latest features
• Define and rollout solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices
• Develop and communicate project plans; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and processes using BT best practices
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system implementation
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success for project execution
• Provide clear, concise communications and leadership aligned with customer goals
• Contribute to knowledge base of deployment best practices and enhance service delivery tools
• Serve as escalation point for project issues
• Learn from coaching and participate in firm-wide development programs
• Build relationships internally and with clients using entrepreneurial skills
• Support team growth through Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy
