Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client needs into Sage Intacct-based software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and customers to define requirements and deliver value with high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and ERP/financial platforms, plus strong analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Programming/coding experience a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customers to design and support the development of software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test, and support transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct software and stay current with product features and enhancements.
• Define and support rollout of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Conduct training for customer end-users at all levels and map system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes using BTs best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to system implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
