Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking a Product Manager to own roadmaps and requirements for radiology workflow software. You will conduct direct discovery with radiologists and technologists, translate insights into prioritized requirements, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver impactful features.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to navigate a regulated clinical environment while contributing to faster, smarter patient care.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, analytical, or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to turn observed user problems into clear software requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain problems to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Sound prioritization instincts and the ability to decide with incomplete information.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and priorities for your area and defend decisions to stakeholders.
• Run discovery directly with radiologists, technologists, and system administrators to convert learnings into prioritized requirements.
• Identify friction points that users have stopped noticing due to long-standing workarounds.
• Write clear product requirements and collaborate with design and engineering from problem definition through launch.
• Spend time with the engineering team to understand how the product works and where it breaks down.
• Drive prioritization, weigh tradeoffs openly, and push back on scope when needed.
• Partner with clinical, quality, and regulatory colleagues to ship safely in a regulated clinical environment.
• Collaborate with other PMs to maintain coherence across the platform and share learnings with customers.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
