Aufgaben

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, rewards and performance management; plan and control day-to-day operations; develop and implement policies.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Contribution: support leadership in developing and refining product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research and customer interviews.
• Requirements Definition & Backlog Management: ensure accuracy in requirement definition and backlog management by the product management team
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales; participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Product Development & Launch: manage development across portfolio and guide teams through the process
• Customer Engagement: gather feedback through user testing and research activities
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: conduct ongoing market research and monitor competition
• Team Collaboration & Support: stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and healthcare standards
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
