Job summary

The role directs a team of Product Managers and aligns multi-year roadmaps with customer needs, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.

The Manager oversees roadmaps, drives value realization, and partners with business and operations leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Experience in an agile development environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap across a portfolio including Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
• Drive discovery, business-case development, prioritization, implementation, and lifecycle management for products.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Product Management team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to launch and improve products.
• Engage customers to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide investment recommendations.
