Job summary

Itape is seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute product line strategies, leading a cross-functional team to drive Sales and Profit growth. You will become a market expert, define target markets and competitive positioning, and shepherd new products from concept to market.

The role requires strong collaboration, a bias for action, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Remote work with occasional travel to support markets and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management or related experience.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Passion for product lines and bias for action.
• Experience driving change and holding others accountable.
• Business acumen and P&L experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Owns P&L for assigned product line(s).
• Champions development of product line strategy.
• Becomes a market expert in customers and end users.
• Defines target markets and competitive landscape; pricing & positioning.
• Drives development and introduction of new products to markets.
• Analyses product line to reduce complexity.
• Develops tools and training to build sales force competency.
• Identifies new sourced and manufactured products for growth.
• Drives cost reductions or design improvements.
• Leads a high-performance team to deliver objectives.
• Develops leadership skills and applies them.
• Facilitates new item setup, pricing approvals and quotes.
