i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, is seeking a Product Manager for a full-time, permanent remote role with monthly office attendance in Cambridge. The PM will shape our product portfolio, define strategy, and drive roadmaps while aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

The role requires collaborating across software development, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver compelling product outcomes, gather market insights, and support go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in software product management.
• Strong backlog prioritization and agile practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and stakeholders.
• Spanish language ability is desirable for engagement in Spanish-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Take ownership of product capabilities and initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Work with development and design to manage backlogs, define requirements, and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support to deliver outcomes.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand challenges and inform product direction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and technology providers.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demos.
• Represent i2 at events and customer meetings to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide investments.
