Job summary

Westinghouse seeks a Product Manager for Uprating, Plant Performance and Long-Term Operations to lead the global portfolio of power uprate and LTO offerings. You will shape product strategy, market development, and lifecycle management to help utilities optimize asset performance and returns in extended lifetimes.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Global Product Management and Growth and is fully remote within the United States, with periodic travel to Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, licensing, consulting, or business development within nuclear or related regulated sectors.
• Experience with power uprating, aging management, long-term operation, and SLR challenges.
• Experience developing product strategies, business cases, and customer value propositions for complex, long-term engineered offerings.
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze global markets for uprating, LTO and beyond-SLR operation; identify demand drivers and customer needs.
• Define and execute product strategies and go-to-market plans to grow Engineered Solutions revenue across uprating and LTO.
• Support Sales, Tendering, and Global Markets by articulating clear value propositions for uprating and long-term operation.
• Develop global portfolio offerings, spanning feasibility studies, implementation, and long-term support services.
• Own product roadmaps, lifecycle management, and business cases from concept through deployment.
• Drive New Product Introduction initiatives with clear ROIs and customer value.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Licensing, APx, Supply Chain, and regional teams to align strategy and delivery.
• Support tendering activities through solution definition, technical clarifications, and customer-focused messaging.
