Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead Uprate projects at nuclear power plants, focusing on Balance of Plant and physical plant modifications. You will coordinate evaluations of required modifications, manage technical teams, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Construction Management.
• 5 years of experience with large high-complexity projects at Nuclear Power Plants; 10+ years preferred.
• Experience with nuclear power plant integrated systems operation focused on balance of plant (thermal cycle).
• Experience providing technical leadership on large high-value field-based projects at Nuclear plants; Appendix B QA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Technically Responsible for entire project scope for assigned projects, potentially focusing on a single plant uprate.
• Develop cost estimates and offers for projects; support negotiations and identify Westinghouse value-added opportunities at customer sites.
• Support PM in delivering safe, on-schedule, first-time quality projects; maintain schedule and finances; manage communications and recovery plans.
