Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role.
• Experience with data-driven or evaluation-based products.
• Strong SaaS experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• A bias toward action paired with thoughtful prioritization.
• Clear communication and the ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into a clear product direction with cross-functional teams.
• Define and own a compelling product vision and roadmap.
• Lead ideas from concept to live product, including discovery, prototyping, delivery, and learning.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales.
• Own backlog prioritization and trade-offs using customer insight and data.
• Track success metrics and iterate based on results.
• Share strategy and updates with leadership and partners.
• Support training, documentation, and user enablement.
• Deliver high-quality work with growing autonomy.
