Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The role drives vision, strategy, and lifecycle management for assigned products, aligning business goals with customer needs across cross-functional teams.

You will guide products from conception through launch and beyond, leveraging market trends and customer feedback to prioritize enhancements that deliver value. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies while monitoring performance standards and productivity targets.
• Manage assigned products through all lifecycle stages: strategy, development, launch, optimization, retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Craft presentations and messaging to clients, communicating value and positioning of products.
• Develop deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics to expand offerings and refine positioning.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements and system improvements.
• Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, training materials, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP and internal benchmarks.
