Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This role defines and drives the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products, aligning business goals with customer requirements and cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and delivery.

The Product Manager collaborates with stakeholders across departments to align goals, communicate priorities, and adapt strategies as needed, embracing continuous improvement to evolve products with changing demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Manage product lifecycle from strategy to retirement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Craft client-focused messaging and collateral.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams on requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP).
