Job summary

Elovate is seeking a Product Manager to lead hardware solutions strategy, manage vendor relationships, and align the hardware portfolio with market needs and compliance standards. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager leading end-to-end development.
• Experience in Automated Traffic Enforcement or similar hardware-software industries.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents) to accelerate research and documentation.
• Strong vendor management and SLA tracking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with hardware vendors and monitor SLAs.
• Review new hardware solutions for compliance and performance.
• Model roadmap trade-offs using AI tools and generate scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Operations and Marketing to translate insights into action.
• Support GTM planning with release notes, feature overviews, and aligned launches.
• Draft GTM assets and training materials using AI tools to speed up publishing.
• Demonstrate products to clients and internal stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Represent Elovate at trade shows and customer presentations.
• Participate in product testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation across workflows, reporting, and vendor documentation.
