Job summary

Evlo AI in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for a core platform surface. You will translate ambiguous business problems into a prioritized product roadmap and ship features that customers actually use.

You will work with engineering, design, data, and GTM to balance tradeoffs and drive outcomes. The role emphasizes hands-on analytics with SQL and tools like Amplitude/Mlookers, writing clear specs, and collaborating across sales and marketing on launches.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management shipping software products.
• 2+ years owning a roadmap end-to-end.
• Experience discussing APIs and system architecture with engineers.
• Hands-on analytics experience with SQL and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a core product area, defining priorities and success metrics with engineering leadership.
• Write clear product requirements and specs (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for engineers to execute.
• Run discovery through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data analysis to validate problems.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release decisions with engineering managers; unblock teams when tradeoffs surface.
• Define and instrument KPIs (adoption, retention, conversion, engagement) and report progress to executives monthly.
• Partner with sales and marketing on launches: positioning input, enablement materials, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Make scope and prioritization calls under deadline pressure, documenting decisions and tradeoffs explicitly.
