Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Product Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and oversight of a custom product within the OCC portfolio. The role ensures alignment of goals, stakeholders, and technical execution to support mission-critical outcomes for the program.

The position is fully remote within the United States and requires experience in product management for complex software with governance and security considerations. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–5 years PM experience.
• Proven ability to define product vision and roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Experience managing vendor/contractor teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Clearance required: Suitability/Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contracts and new products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify issues and drive solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and review deliverables.
• Ensure quality standards and traceability of work.
• Lead project meetings and reporting.
