Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions, a remote-first fintech, is seeking a Product Manager for the CoinsPaid Exchange to shape pricing, execution, and liquidity features. You will work with engineering, treasury, and finance to translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and clear requirements.

You will drive features across exchange, routing, inventory, and algo trading capabilities, while monitoring performance and optimizing profitability in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex features from problem definition to production launch and improvements.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into clear business logic, product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding API and data-driven products and integrations.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization and delivery-management skills.
• Ability to work with data and product metrics to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Understanding of financial product economics - revenue, fees, costs, margins and P/L.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex workflows and edge cases.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to work in a highly technical, operationally sensitive product environment.
• English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and translate priorities into initiatives and deliverables.
• Plan product delivery with leads, managing scope, priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Define product requirements and business logic for exchange, execution, liquidity and pricing changes.
• Drive features from requirements to production with cross-functional coordination.
• Support development of exchange and trading capabilities including order execution and routing.
• Support internal trading tools development such as Inventory Management and hedging logic.
• Work with pricing and revenue functionality including markup policies and pricing configuration.
• Participate in liquidity-provider integrations with external providers and venues.
• Monitor product performance using metrics and collaborate with data analysts for improvements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across Treasury, Finance, Processing, Operations, Compliance, and other teams.
• Support operational excellence by investigating issues and ensuring transparent, measurable product logic.
