Job summary

Index Analytics LLC seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and integration initiatives. You will own product direction, translate business needs into secure, reliable capabilities and coordinate across SaaS, MuleSoft, APIs and legacy systems with engineering teams.

Responsibilities include defining vision, roadmaps, backlog management, acceptance criteria and release readiness, plus ensuring adoption and post-release evaluation in a remote-first US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or technical project management.
• Experience defining roadmaps, managing backlogs and coordinating complex releases.
• Working knowledge of APIs, batch processing, SaaS integration, data movement and legacy-system modernization.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, release strategy, measurable outcomes and success metrics.
• Lead discovery, requirements development, prioritization, delivery, UAT, release readiness and post-release evaluation.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
• Maintain a healthy backlog and facilitate planning, refinement and decision-making.
• Manage dependencies and cross-system impacts across SaaS, integration and legacy environments.
• Coordinate testing and deployment across environments and teams.
• Serve as the communication bridge among leadership, stakeholders, users and engineering teams.
• Use metrics and feedback to guide priorities and measure value.
