Adaptive Real Estate Group in New York City (remote option) is seeking a Product Manager to drive enterprise ERP integrations for construction sector. You will ship enterprise-grade AI-assisted agents, partner with design and engineering, and own the integration roadmap with clients and partners.

Work closely with our Product Lead and Growth Head to deliver value, expand the platform, and ensure reliable ERP integrations with customers’ tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading development of integrations with a proven history of delivering complex technical products.
• Demonstrated experience building or launching Construction ERP Integrations, experience with Quickbooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct for Construction, and Procore a plus.
• Strong technical acumen—deep collaboration with engineers and translating tech decisions into customer value.
• Exceptional product sense and user empathy when navigating multi-system integrations.
• High ownership mindset—treats the product as own, moves fast when it matters, proactive.

• Create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform.
