Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking a driven Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver valuable products that meet customer needs and drive business goals.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, customer insight, and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering measurable impact in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or related product-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, balancing competing needs and constraints.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• Experience with product metrics, analytics, and data to measure outcomes.
• Strong customer focus and ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Understand customer needs through user feedback, data, and market research.
• Gather, prioritize, and evaluate product requirements and opportunities.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on value, impact, effort, and technical factors.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design through the development lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and KPIs.
