Job summary

Think Together in California is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Impact Portfolio to own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will lead UX research, define product direction, and collaborate with engineering and design to build solutions that support district partners and educators.

This hybrid role requires a strong track record in tech-powered products, excellent communication across diverse stakeholders, and preference for EdTech experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years working on technology-powered products as PM, designer, engineer, or UX researcher.
• Experience conducting UX research and translating insights into product decisions.
• Exceptional communication across audiences from district administrators to engineers and executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction of a live product by translating signals into priorities and a clear vision.
• Drive product discovery and UX research with qualitative and quantitative insights from users and districts.
• Evaluate product performance and engagement to guide evolution and priorities.
• Define evidence-based priorities and success metrics aligned with goals and user needs.
• Partner with engineering to design and deliver solutions addressing real user needs.
• Collaborate with the centralized design team to ensure craft and visual consistency.
• Champion an iterative, prototype-driven approach to reduce risk and accelerate learning.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across district admins, engineering, field customers, and executives.
• Lead sprint planning and cross-functional delivery to advance product outcomes.
• Iterate processes and incorporate feedback to improve effectiveness and scalability.
