Optum, a leading health tech company, seeks an experienced Directed Spend Offers Product Manager to own backlog, translate strategy into features, and drive end-to-end delivery for offer capabilities and member experiences.

You’ll work embedded with a Scrum Team, guiding priorities and collaborating across Product, Engineering, UX and Compliance to optimize spend offers for members and clients. Remote work is supported nationwide with occasional in-office requirements in Minneapolis or DC areas.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA/Agile roles supporting software, payments, healthcare or fintech teams
• 5+ years operating in Agile, Scrum, backlog management, planning, story writing and acceptance criteria
• 3+ years translating strategy and requirements into executable Scrum work items
• Proven ability to understand data flows, integrations and delivery trade-offs
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver product capabilities

Responsabilidades

• Own and refine the Scrum Team backlog aligned with strategy and priorities
• Translate strategy into features, stories, acceptance criteria, rules and workflow requirements
• Set sprint priorities and manage delivery focusing on high-value outcomes
• Be the primary product voice for the team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Director, Engineering, QA, UX, Architecture, Operations, Analytics and Compliance to resolve ambiguity
• Provide clarifications and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
• Accept completed work by verifying it meets criteria and business intent
• Support testing, release planning and production readiness
• Maintain knowledge of offer design, eligibility and funding flows
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve backlog quality and execution
