UnitedHealth Group seeks a Product Director for Directed Spend Rewards and Offers (Optum Financial). Remote anywhere in the U.S. with in-office requirements for Minneapolis or DC-area hires. Lead strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution across rewards, earned rewards, and offers to drive member and client outcomes.

You will own portfolio performance, guide product teams, and influence across Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, and Sales, delivering scalable and compliant solutions.

Competenze

• 10+ years in product management, leadership, strategy, or related roles in large organizations
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams with accountable execution
• 5+ years defining product strategy and multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, banking, fintech, payments, or rewards products
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Experience, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, Implementation, and client teams
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to develop business cases and evaluate growth opportunities
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
• Proven technical and analytical aptitude to understand complex platforms, data flows, and delivery risks

Mansioni

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the Directed Spend Rewards and Directed Spend Offers product lines
• Create a cohesive portfolio strategy differentiating the roles of rewards and offers with scalable capabilities
• Own portfolio performance, including growth, adoption, engagement, financial results, and client satisfaction
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new capabilities, partnerships, and investments
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and product teams with clear outcomes
• Translate portfolio strategy into prioritized roadmaps and team backlogs for delivery
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Experience, Architecture, Operations, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Payments, Finance, Sales, Implementation, and Client Management
• Guide product design across reward earning, eligibility, offer targeting, activation, redemption, and related workflows
• Establish governance for prioritization, scope, release readiness, risk, and regulatory compliance
• Manage complex dependencies across shared platforms, payment networks, merchants, vendors, and internal teams
• Represent the portfolio with senior leaders, clients, prospects, and strategic partners, communicating strategy and decisions
• Monitor market, regulatory, and technology trends to identify opportunities to strengthen the portfolio
