Qualifications

• 5+ years in product execution roles supporting software, platform, payments, healthcare, or enterprise teams.
• 5+ years of Agile, Scrum, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
• 3+ years translating strategy into executable work for a Scrum Team.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the Scrum Team backlog aligned to product strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Set sprint priorities balancing member value, client impact, compliance, and dependencies.
• Be the primary product voice for the team and ensure shared understanding of goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and support delivery.
