Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Remote Product Manager for Developer Experience (SDK) to lead the strategy and roadmap for its Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks.

You will partner with documentation and developer relations to deliver top-tier developer experiences, write technical content, and engage with customers and open-source communities to shape the backlog.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or equivalent with a focus on developer experience (DX).
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
• Ability to translate complex identity concepts into actionable requirements for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Partner with documentation and developer relations to deliver great DX and sample apps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and PM teams to align SDK with platform releases.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and open-source communities to backlog.
• Create content and evangelize the product through blogs and developer forums.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release with clear success metrics.
