Job summary

WorkOS is seeking a Product Manager to own product areas end-to-end—from discovery through design, engineering, and launch. You will work with developers and technical buyers at fast-growing companies, shaping the roadmap with strong product instincts and autonomy.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering and design to move concepts to shipped features, defining success metrics and guiding prioritization to maximize impact across our platform for enterprise-ready developer tooling.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS experience with developer or enterprise buyers.
• Strong 0-to-1 track record building new products from scratch.
• Experience in auth, identity, or developer tooling preferred.
• Customer obsession drives product decisions in practice.
• Bias to action with rapid iteration and decision making.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with design, eng, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own specific product areas with full accountability from discovery to launch.
• Talk to customers regularly and translate insights into direction.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship product quickly.
• Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes after release.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and GTM to bring features to market.
• Identify 0-to-1 opportunities and drive from concept to launch.
• Make hard prioritization decisions with limited information.
• Contribute to broader product strategy and roadmap as the company scales.
