Qualifications
- Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation.
- Strong ability to translate customer insights into business value and backlog items.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across product, design and engineering.
- Experience defining and tracking OKRs or similar goals for product lines.
Responsibilities
- Aligning product development goals and initiatives to company OKRs.
- Evaluating opportunities and directing customer research to understand needs and behaviors.
- Maintaining market awareness through research of trends, competitors and industry developments.
- Defining and communicating the product roadmap with stakeholders and teams.
- Translating opportunities into measurable requirements for engineering and design.
- Collaborating with Delivery Managers and Tech Leads to coordinate dependencies.
- Developing go-to-market plans and supporting product positioning with marketing.
