Job summary

Renew Home is seeking a Product Manager to help execute and deliver high-impact consumer experiences that surface new ways for users to save, at the right times. In this role, you will focus on building and improving user-facing products that help people save money, improve comfort, and increase resilience, without requiring them to be energy experts.

You will support the execution of select Home Opportunities, often working in areas where problem definitions and requirements are still evolving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Product Management experience shipping consumer-facing experiences.
• Experience driving cross-functional execution with engineering, design, analytics, external partners, and operations.
• Familiarity with partner-integrated or partner-driven product requirements.
• Desire to be part of a fast-moving culture with ambitious goals.
• Prefers background in energy services.
• Prefers experience building 0 to 1 products or features.
• Prefers experience building AI- or data-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Execute a set of priority Home Opportunities.
• Take ownership of specific Home Opportunities from the broader roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and execution for consumer experiences that save money.
• Translate partner requirements into consumer-facing product needs with engineering and design collaboration.
• Support scalable patterns and components to accelerate future home opportunities.
• Work with engineering, design, data, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to ensure clarity on priorities and dependencies.
