Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee software development projects to be completed on time, within budget, and to specified parameters.
• Monitor project status and keep key stakeholders informed.

• Define the user stories for software features from the end-user perspective, including value realization.
• Leverage knowledge of customer pain points, goals and product expectations to improve the customer experience.
