The product manager will own the product end-to-end, bridging business needs, member feedback, and the development team, with room to grow into broader leadership.

The role emphasizes becoming a true product owner, managing a 2-3 feature backlog, performing QA, and delivering an optimal user experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst on digital products.
• Proficiency in writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; hands-on QA testing.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex is highly preferred.
• Fast-paced, high-trust, and direct communication environment.
