Athennian is seeking a Product Manager to shape Governance Ops software for complex corporate structures. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to identify meaningful problems and translate them into products that bring clarity and efficiency to entity management.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong product judgment and trade-off decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design to deliver quality products.
• Leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and how emerging tech can improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to customers to understand how legal, finance, and governance teams operate and where workflows break down.
• Set product direction and roadmap priorities balancing customer needs, goals, and feasibility.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into thoughtful solutions.
• Make product decisions using customer insight, market context, and pricing/packaging considerations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Implementation to ensure successful product launches.
• Define product requirements and user stories to guide engineering while ensuring quality.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and evolving governance operations.
• Explore AI-enabled ideas to prototype and accelerate discovery and value delivery.
• Identify opportunities where emerging technologies can improve customer workflows.
