You'll own the feature lifecycle from discovery to delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and operations to build accessible, secure, and compliant solutions (HIPAA, SOC 2) across HRIS/payroll integrations and AI automation. This fully remote, async-friendly role favors pragmatic, fast-moving teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience for SaaS or B2B/B2C apps, including AI-powered products.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-tenant, API-driven, or compliance-sensitive software.
• Experience delivering AI/GenAI features end-to-end (LLMs, document processing, automation).
• Familiar with cloud APIs and data integrations (HRIS/payroll) and agile development.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and refine vision with leadership and customers.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery, translating goals into roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, and operations.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with data teams to iterate using analytics.
