Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a Product Manager for AI Governance & Compliance to shape how legal, risk and compliance teams contribute to policy writing, guardrail creation and optimization within enterprise AI products.

You will define who contributes, what is approved, and secure participation across the business while building practical workflows and evidence records for audit-ready compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience in GRC, regtech, legal tech, risk management or enterprise workflow software.
• Experience with legal, risk, compliance or audit teams at large enterprises.
• Track record of bringing a team into a new process or responsibility it did not previously own.
• Understanding of enterprise decision-making and securing time from outside buying orgs.
• Knowledge of regulated enterprises govern models and AI, incl. SR 11-7 and EU/NIST/ISO frameworks.
• Technical understanding of LLMs, evaluations and guardrails for non-technical reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for legal, risk and compliance workflows with defined customer problems and success metrics.
• Map stakeholders and secure participation through the buyer.
• Design and run engagement models with customers and translate into product.
• Lead engagements with model risk, compliance, legal and privacy teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements with engineering and research.
• Collaborate with DynamoEval and DynamoGuard PMs on policies, evidence and reporting.
• Monitor AI regulation and its impact on the roadmap.
