Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Experience with PRDs, strategy documents, launch materials, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Expertise in Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Opportunity Solution Trees, and prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional technical writing and native-level written English.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic PM scenarios covering product specifications, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy decisions, and cross-functional communications.
• Create gold-standard PM deliverables demonstrating senior-level clarity, structure, and executive readiness.
• Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive presentations, strategy briefs, and product documentation.
• Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity.
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications and deliverables.
• Distinguish between leadership-level work, strong drafts, and early-stage or incomplete outputs.
• Identify and annotate common PM failure modes (vague objectives, weak prioritization, etc.).
• Evaluate whether product recommendations balance customer needs, business objectives, and constraints.
• Apply established PM frameworks to assess strategy, opportunities, prioritization, and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect authentic, high-impact PM workflows.
