Job summary

Productive Playhouse, a global data company, seeks a Product Manager for a fully remote role based in Hungary. You’ll own product strategy for Central and pZero, turning user insights into practical solutions, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. No production frontend coding is required.

As the product owner, you will map journeys, define requirements, and drive rollout and adoption while maintaining documentation and a shared design foundation across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in product management.
• Experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably within AI workforce product; scope of ownership matters more than years of tenure.
• Hands-on product or UX design experience, including journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proven ability to turn incomplete or conflicting stakeholder input into a clear, bounded product problem.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams as a partner, not solely through ticket handoffs.
• Comfort using data to make or evaluate decisions, including recognizing when data is insufficient.
• Strong written communication skills for developers, operators, managers, and users.
• Production coding is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily product loop for Central and pZero from evidence to adoption.
• Translate user evidence and stakeholder input into product briefs and PRDs.
• Lead product design for core Central and pZero workflows, including prototyping and usability testing.
• Partner with the external engineering team throughout delivery.
• Shape journeys and release evidence to ensure testability and quality.
• Own rollout and adoption for shipped features.
• Track product outcomes after release and summarize learnings for leadership.
• Create onboarding materials, tutorials, and release education.
• Maintain shared design foundations and knowledge management systems.
• Use approved AI tools to improve research, writing, analysis, and documentation.
• Gather input from Operations, Engineering, and client programs.
